IGNOU Hall ticket 2025 June: Release Date and Download PDF

IGNOU Hall Ticket for the June 2025 TEE 

Hall Ticket will be released a week before the start of the examination. You can download the IGNOU hall ticket with the help of your enrolment number on the official website of IGNOU. The term end examination will begin from 12th June, 2025 and end around 19th July, 2025. Without the Hall ticket candidates will not be allowed to give the end term examination. Many students confuse themselves with an Admit card and hall ticket but both of them are the same thing. You are advised to check the official website regularly for updates.

IGNOU Hall Ticket Download

To Download Ignou Hall Ticket, follow the steps below:

STEP 1: Visit the official IGNOU Hall ticket portal. 

STEP 2: Enter your 10 digit unique enrolment number. 

STEP 3: Select your program with the help of your course code.

STEP 4: Click Submit and your hall ticket will be visible on the screen. 

STEP 5: Click on download option and print the IGNOU Hall ticket to take it on the exam day.

IGNOU Hall ticket for June 2025 TEE will be a 4 page document that you need to download with the first page containing the actual Hall ticket and the rest 3 pages have instructions written on them. You need to take print out of all the four pages and staple them. There will be following Information on the first Page of IGNOU Hall Ticket:

IGNOU Exam Day Tips

  1. You are required to take a Hall ticket and your ID card with you to the exam centre. 
  2. Reach the exam centre an hour before the reporting time. The entry inside the exam centre will close after 15 minutes of the distribution of the question Paper. Visit your exam centre a day prior to the exam if possible. 
  3. If any particular exam subject allows the use of Calculators, you can use them. If not written on the question paper, they are strictly prohibited. 
  4. You can only report to the exam centre written on your hall ticket as you will not be allowed to any other exam centre to give the exam.
  5. Be prepared by studying all the topics and do not get involved in any unfair means as it might lead you in trouble. 
  6. Sign the attendance sheet in the exam in front of your name and enrolment number as if not signed you will be considered absent. 
  7. Manage your time, give appropriate time to each question and make sure you answer all the questions and don’t leave them. Maintain the word limit of all the answers. 
  8. Have Proper Breakfast and take a good sleep the night before the exam. In the morning revise Important topics. 

IGNOU Answer Sheet 

  • Write your enrolment number carefully on the answer sheet. If your enrolment number is 9 digits instead of 10 digits, then put a cross (X) in the last bracket. 
  • Before submitting the answer sheet, make sure you and the invigilator have signed the answer sheet and  you have written the enrolment number.
  • You are required to write answers in the language in which the program is offered. There is an option for Hindi courses students, they can answer the questions in English apart from the language courses. 
  • You are required to submit your answer sheet to the invigilator on the exam day and cannot take the answer sheet out of the exam centre. 

IGNOU Exam Hall Items Allowed 

You are not allowed to carry any unnecessary items or documents inside the IGNOU term end examination hall as any unnecessary items allowed are strictly prohibited. Carry the following items mentioned:

  • Hall Ticket: Without your Hall Ticket you will not be allowed inside the examination hall. You should take two hall tickets printed to the exam hall as a safety measure. 
  • Id Proof: Mostly you are advised to take the IGNOU Id proof to the exam hall or else you can take any other Id proof such as adhaar card, PAN card or Birth certificate.
  • Stationary: You should bring Pens, Pencils, erasers and scales of yourself on the exam day. So, you don’t have to ask from others. You can take these items in a transparent pouch, 
  • Watch: You can take a manual hand watch to the exam centre for managing time properly. If not you can ask for the time from the invigilator. 
  • Water Bottle: If you want to take a water bottle, take a transparent water bottle inside the examination hall.

Ans. Yes, admit cards and hall tickets are the same things. Many students confuse them as different things. 

Q2. What things can I carry on my IGNOU exam day at the examination hall?

Ans. You have to carry your IGNOU Hall Ticket and ID card compulsorily on the exam day. Entry will be denied if you don’t carry these items to the centre. 

Q3.What If I skip my IGNOU exams?

Ans. If by any chance you have skipped IGNOU Term end examination, you have to give the exam in the next term. IGNOU Term end examination happens twice a year after every semester generally in December and June.

Ans. To check the date sheet, you can download it directly from the link given at IGNOU Date Sheet or if you have downloaded the IGNOU Hall Ticket you can see on it the date and timing of the exam. 

Q5. How much are Passing Marks out of 100 in IGNOU exam?

Ans. From 100, 35 marks are the passing marks. Out of those 100 marks, 30 marks are for assignments or projects and the rest of the 70 marks are of the term end examination. So, in total a student needs to get 35 marks to pass the subject in a TEE.
